Chris Harrod Chef Patron of The Whitebrook delights in the abundance of produce that can be found simply by opening his front door - every dish on his menu, from breakfast through to dinner, features a foraged ingredient.
Within 11 months of opening, The Whitebrook was awarded a Michelin star, and the restaurant has since won an AA Wine Award for Wales, and Inspectors Choice Restaurant with Rooms at the AA Hospitality Awards 2017. The Whitebrook has become one of only 39 restaurants in the UK to hold 4 AA Rosettes.
This exciting Guest Chef Night will begin with Billecart Salmon Champagne and Canapés followed by Chris’s 6 course Signature Tasting Menu.
