Renowned Welsh chef Hywel Jones is one of the leading Welsh chefs of his generation, holding a Michelin star for an incredible 13 consecutive years at Lucknam Park. Hywel started his career with David Nichols at The Royal Garden, and then moved on to work as Chef de Partie in two 3 Michelin star establishments with Chez Nico and Marco Pierre White. From there he went on to earn his first Michelin Star at Foliage restaurant at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, where he was Head Chef for five years.
This exciting Guest Chef Night will begin with Billecart Salmon Champagne and Canapés followed by Hywel’s 6 course Signature Tasting Menu.
