The Grove of Narberth have announced the launch of 2 new restaurants following the recent refurbishment, providing both fine dining and relaxed dining options for their guests for the very first time.
The Fernery Restaurant will serve the more refined dining experience in an intimate and elegant new dining room. The spaces are gently lit and divided into small rooms with curtains linked by handmade waney edge tables. The walls are filled with pressed ferns, handpicked from the hedgerows that surround the Grove. Allister Barsby their Executive Head Chef is an exceptional talent who focuses on extracting bold and interesting flavours from the very best local produce and the hotels extensive kitchen gardens. This restaurant is open 7 days a week for dinner.
The Artisan Rooms Restaurant will serve a more casual experience for both lunch and dinner. The restaurant has been created in 3 intimate dining rooms at the rear of the hotel overlooking the garden terrace and water feature. In one of the rooms the hotel have hand woven a willow wall in-situ and the results are quite beautiful. The other rooms are filled with beautiful Pembrokeshire Artwork by Gillian McDonald sitting alongside local crafts. Whether you are enjoying breakfast in these rooms, long lunches, afternoon tea or evening dining, guests will be extremely comfortable.
The Artisan Rooms menu has been inspired by the best of Welsh ingredients, simply prepared and served in a relaxed dining atmosphere. Expect grazing boards of the best of Welsh charcuterie and artisan cheese, grilled Welsh beef, and Pembrokeshire landed fish, all expertly prepared by Allister and his team. In the summer months, guests are able to eat with us outside on our beautiful garden terrace. This restaurant is open 7 days a week for both lunch and dinner.
