Pasta Masterclass, Wednesday 6th February
Perfect your pasta dough and learn how to mould into a variety of shapes.
Butchery Masterclass, Wednesday 20th February.
Learn how to prepare and butcher a saddle of lamb into a variety of exquisite cuts, and cook them to perfection.
Sauces Masterclass, Wednesday 6th March.
Discover the art of sauce making, from a flavoursome red wine jus, to the classic beurre blanc.
The masterclass experience is £110 per guest and includes the morning masterclass with refreshments, followed by a delicious 3 course lunch and glass of our finest Champagne. Participants taking part in the masterclass experience are welcome to invite guests to join them for the 3 course lunch at a cost of £42 per person.
