A fantastic final product requires the finest of ingredients. Join us for a unique insight into our world, and the vast network of relationships we have created to provide all of our guests with the very best experience.
Our suppliers will each host a table, sharing comments throughout the night, talking about their products and produce and everything close to their hearts. The Harvest Supper has always been a celebration of food grown from the land, and where better than Wales for first class ingredients.
The evening will start with sparkling wine and canapés, followed by a 4 course dinner served in our Fernery restaurant. Our Executive Chef Douglas Balish has carefully created the menu to showcase the exquisite ingredients that are brought to us.
