The Fernery Restaurant offers a truly intimate and exceptional dining experience.
Our Executive Head Chef Douglas Balish draws his inspiration from our location here in the rolling Narberth hills. Expect the best of Pembrokeshire produce together with fabulous vegetables and herbs picked daily from our very own kitchen gardens. Douglas and his kitchen team expertly craft extraordinary plates of food. His cooking style is elegant, contemporary with a clear focus on producing an exceptional balance of flavours.
Every detail of the restaurant interiors has been designed to reflect the ethos of the restaurant. The humble 'fern' characterises our local hedgerows and woodland and underlines our genuine commitment to consistently use the best local ingredients available to us.
We are delighted that our fine dining restaurant has been awarded 3 prestigious AA Rosettes for the quality of the food each year since 2014. The Good Food Guide restaurant review says that the Fernery Restaurant is "fast becoming one of Wales' premier dining destinations".
Fernery Restaurant is open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday with seating times between 6:00pm and 7:30pm. Due to current Welsh Government regulations our restaurants and bar must be closed by 22:20.
As a relaxed and intimate venue and for the comfort of all our guests during the evening, children under the age of twelve are not permitted in the Fernery Restaurant. Dining options for younger children are available in the Artisan Rooms Restaurant.
