Our two day Yoga Retreat treats the body and mind whilst staying in one of the Grove's delightful rooms or suites.
Whether you want to be more flexible, develop a stronger core or have a greater sense of calm and relaxation, yoga can help to take you somewhere you have never been before. This two day yoga retreat by the fabulous Bethan Walton, a Viniyoga practitioner, teacher and therapist, would suit all levels of experience.
