Edouard is originally from France and has worked his way around some of the very best hotel wine cellars in the UK including Hotel du Vin and Malmaison and two Michelin starred Gidleigh Park. He is a Master Sommelier with a world of experience and is now a Wine & Spirit Consultant for the Court of Master Sommeliers “Worldwide”.
