Chef's Signature Menu
Our Head Chef Duncan Barham, has designed a new Signature Tasting menu which allows guests to sample seven exquisite courses especially selected to delight their taste buds.
This special menu currently includes our home smoked salmon, diver caught scallops and Welsh sirloin of beef, all with those little touches that define Duncan's amazing food.
This menu is only served for evening dining alongside the Seasonal A' La Carte and five course Tasting Menus.
