The Fernery offers a truly intimate and exceptional dining experience. Our Executive Head Chef Allister Barsby draws his inspiration from our locality, so you can expect the best of Pembrokeshire produce together with the fabulous vegetables and herbs picked daily from our very own kitchen gardens. His dishes are elegant with exciting bold flavours and a distinctive modern European style. We are delighted that the restaurant has been awarded 3 prestigious AA Rosettes for the quality of the food each year since 2014.
Fernery Restaurant is open for dinner each evening between 6:30pm and 9:00pm.
Lunch is available each Saturday between 12noon and 2pm.
As a relaxed and intimate venue and for the comfort of all our guests during the evening, children under the age of twelve are not permitted in the Fernery Restaurant. Dining options for younger children are available in the Artisan Rooms Restaurant.
