- Financial Controller/Accountant
Experienced qualified accountant to take responsibility for the financial control of 3 quality Pembrokeshire based hospitality businesses. You will be responsible for producing monthly trading accounts, annual statutory accounts, appraisal of financial targets and projections, and cash forecasts. Ad hoc analysis and modeling to measure performance to aid decision making is also a key part of this role.
- Head Housekeeper
Significant luxury venue experience and huge amounts of energy required in this hands on role. The right candidate will have a fantastic eye for detail and excellent management skills. The house keeping team at peak times of the year can have as many as 10 staff.
- Head Gardener and Forager
You will be a hands on and well organised creative gardening professional with extensive experience of developing and managing lawns, terraces and formal flower borders, fruit orchards, walled gardens with vegetables and herbs, water features and ponds. You will lead the garden team to achieve the highest standards of management and maintenance of a 26 acre estate with a clear strategy to develop a very special experience for guests throughout the grounds.
- Sous Chef
Sous chef is required for our stunning hotel/restaurant producing quality food to a 3 AA Rosette/Michelin star level. The food style is modern British with a clear French influence using the finest produce from the best suppliers. As Sous chef you will work closely with the Head chef in managing a team of 8 chefs catering for up to 70 covers in our restaurant.
'NEW' RESTAURANT ON THE PEMBROKESHIRE COAST
- Restaurant Manager
Pembrokeshire/Carmarthenshire based Restaurant Manager required for 'new' beach fronted restaurant on the South Pembrokeshire Coast near Saundersfoot. The right candidate will have extensive experience of running a busy restaurant delivering a high quality product. You will have a natural friendly approach with excellent customer service skills and a fantastic eye for detail.
Head Chef Experienced Head Chef required to run a busy seaside restaurant to Bib Gourmand level and/or Good Food Guide Score 3/4. You will have a calm and mature approach with excellent man management skills that will enable you to inspire and motivate your brigade of professional chefs. The Head Chef role provides a great deal of autonomy with responisbiltiy for menu development and locally sourcing fresh ingredients from the best suppliers.
